How we calculate the chance
Each card in the catalog has an approval tier: easy, medium or hard. Each tier asks for a score: 480, 620 and 740. The chance comes from the difference between your score and what the tier asks for.
With 60 points or more above, the chance is high. From 0 to 59 above, medium. Below, low. The 300 to 950 scale is a common ruler for every country, not the one from a specific bureau.

It is the same ruler as the UpCards app, common to its 9 countries. It is not the official scale of any bureau.
